1. It is not advisable to take a bath immediately. Usually, many people like to take a hot bath after exercise, thinking that this can both decontaminate and restore fatigue. In fact, this is wrong. Experts believe that during exercise, as the muscles have to work hard, the blood flowing to the muscles increases and the heartbeat also increases to meet the needs of exercise. After exercise, the heartbeat and blood flow are accelerated, and it will continue for a while. If you take a hot bath immediately, the flow of blood to the muscles and skin will continue to increase significantly. As a result, the remaining blood may not be enough to supply the other organs of the body, especially the heart and brain, resulting in a heart attack or hypoxia in the brain. If you take a cold bath, the skin will be irritated suddenly, causing blood vessels to contract immediately, increasing blood circulation resistance, and reducing the body's resistance, making people easy to get sick.
2. It is not advisable to smoke immediately. Smoking after exercise is more harmful. After exercise, the body’s metabolism speeds up, and every organ in the body is at a high level of work. Smoking causes a large amount of smoke to enter the body. At this time, the body will be more susceptible to carbon monoxide, nicotine and other substances due to the lack of satisfaction after exercise. Smoking is more harmful to the body than usual smoking. At the same time, poor oxygen absorption in turn affects the body's recovery process after exercise, so not only can it not relieve fatigue, but it makes people feel fatigue more easily. Therefore, it is very undesirable to use smoking to relieve fatigue after exercise. Not only will it fail to achieve the goal, but it will also cause greater harm to the body.
3. Not greedy for cold drinks. There is a lot of water loss after exercise, often with dry mouth and eager to drink water. At this time, drinking a lot of cold drinks can easily cause gastrointestinal cramps, abdominal pain, diarrhea and other diseases.
4. It is not appropriate to sit and rest. Because squatting down to rest immediately after exercise is not conducive to the blood return of the lower limbs, affecting blood circulation, and easily aggravating body fatigue.
5. It is not suitable to eat immediately. The nervous system controls muscle activity during exercise, and the nervous system that manages the internal organs of the human body is in a state of inhibition. At the same time, the blood of the whole body is also located in the motor organs, and there are fewer internal organs. Eating at this time will increase the burden on the digestive organs.
