Therefore, being hungry will increase the hypothalamus by this weight setting. And this is why many people lose weight through diets or meal replacements. At the beginning, they lose weight sharply, but then rebound sharply, or even get fatter.


Second, don't eat full every time, until you just don't feel hungry.


You can be satisfied when you are 70% to 80% full, and you can maintain this state by eating at any time.


Third, under the premise of ensuring the above two points, you can start to lose weight. It is recommended to lose weight through exercise.


Fourth, on the basis of ensuring the top two items, through persistent exercise to lose weight, reduce the weight that you feel satisfied with, and then you can gradually reduce the amount of exercise.
